I haven’t had a chance yet. I don’t actually have that fieldtype to do any testing. Can you supply CP/FTP access for your site to me?

I just realized I don’t have an Amazon S3 account. I presume I need one? Are they easy to get? Do they cost anything?

Lee, still trying to figure this out. Got these questions from Ty:

This is only happening with edited entries, correct?  The initial publish of the new entry is fine, right?

Hi Rob, sorry for disappearing - been tidying up the code in the site I’m building before I let you in smile

I’ll re check the situation and get back to you in a few hours.

It hasn’t been fixed. I haven’t been able to get to the bottom of this yet. If anyone else has some insight, please feel free to share.

This also makes me wonder if it’s something to do with simple s3 uploader’s code effecting SAEF. eMarketSouth on devot-ee mentioned this forum topic for use with SAEF as an extension. Simple SAEF Enctype extension (needed for use in SAEF). I’m not sure if this resource is SafeCracker related and whether you worked this in with the addon already.

Just FYI, this is not necessary, SafeCracker will add the correct enctype automatically if you are using a file field.
