Hi, I just installed SafeCracker File, added it to Matrix and tried to add an image, but get a PHP error.
Any idea what’s going wrong (see attached images)?

Can you tell me what version of EE and what version of Matrix you have?

I have EE 2.1.1 and now I read â??SafeCracker File is currently compatible with EE 2.1.2+â?.
So that does explain the PHP errors, does it?!

It could explain the errors, but I’m not 100% sure. Which version of Matrix do you have?

No, updating to latest EE version (2.1.2) doen’t help, now I get error messages within the publish form (see attached image). BTW the Matrix version is 2.1.1.1 to be precise. Any ideas?

I think those PHP errors are some known bugs in the newest EE version.

But the original errors, you are getting, I’m not sure yet. I’m going to try and contact Pixel & Tonic to see if they can help me out.

One more question: the original error, did it occur in the Control Panel or in a SAEF?

The second error messages are solved and were related to this: http://expressionengine.com/forums/viewthread/176024/
The original error occurred in the CP.
I just activated the plugin again, added it as a fieldtype to a matrix and now the complete matrix field is not loading in the publish page…

Activated the plugin again? What do you mean by that?

With that I meant I go to Add-Ons > Fieldtypes and then â??Uninstallâ??.

Regarding not loading the matrix on the publish page, I was a bit premature, it, was loading, but collapsed (hidden).

Now I can select an image, I can submit it without any error messages, but when I go back to the published page the image is not saved?

Yes, apparently they went away with the update to EE 2.1.2.

At this point, would it be possible for me to log into your CP and see what I can see? You can PM me a login.

I’m working on a local web server, so that will be difficult.
I have to leave now and don’t have time tomorrow, but I’ll continue testing on Wednesday and then I also will try SafeCracker File in a â??cleanâ?? EE 2.1.2 installation with Matrix 2.1.1.1. See what happens then…
Thanks for the support so far, I’ll let you now what happens on Wednesday.
