Just wanted to follow up and say THANKS!  I got it working in large part because of your generous assistance!  I’m not sure I will be recommending any EE installs that don’t have Safecracker a part of the price.

One last caveat.  Now that I’m getting to the Third-Party shopping-cart, once complete it redirects visitors back to the site.  I’m seeing the JSON data again after that redirect.  Is there anyway to clear that data?  I’m a bit of a JSON/AJAX noob too…  smile

It’s giving me this: {"success":1,"errors":[],"field_errors":[],"entry_id":"126","url_title":"tue_december_21_2010_-_31123_-_kristine_singer1","channel_id":"2"}

...which is what it was giving me when the JS wasn’t working.  Now it’s working and redirecting me, the entry is posted to the channel as desired, I’m getting redirected to the 3rd-party checkout as desired, it’s redirecting me back afterwards, and the resulting page is displaying the above.

Soooooooo close.  Thanks in advance.

How does your cart know which URL to redirect you back to?

I set up a hidden input with a return_url value much like the return=”” that goes in the safecracker tag, except I’m placing a full url instead of just a “template group/template”.
