CartThrob and Foster Made offer varied support services to our customers. Our support begins with a pre-paid scheduled appointment via our call-back service. For details on our paid support options, please review the details below.
If you have an issue that does not require a support call, you can contact us by filling out the contact form here. Pre-Purchase questions, Refund Requests, Account Issues such as login problems or license transfers, and Requests for Custom Development will all be handled through that form.
Regular Business Hours Paid Support
You can schedule a call-back Regular Business Hours Paid Support appointment up to one business week in advance. Each Regular Business Hours Paid Support appointment can be scheduled for 30 minutes for the cost of $30. If more time is required to address your support issue, you can choose to pay $30 per 30 minutes to have us continue working. If you have a critical support issue that needs to be addressed immediately, Emergency Support options are available to address your issue quickly.
